Android™ operating system and DEPOSIT ANYWHERE™ image display

It has come to our attention that the new Android operating system has affected the image display for some users on the DEPOSIT ANYWHERE feature for our mobile app. If you are depositing a cheque and find the image appears to be the wrong orientation or size, you can still use this feature by aligning your phone correctly. Thank you for your patience as we work diligently to solve this issue.

Debit cards at Verifone POS terminals

Please be advised that some members may have their credit or debit card declined when making purchases at some point of sale terminals. This issue is affecting multiple financial institutions, and is a result of an issue with the merchant's point of sale terminal, not the debit card itself. If you experience an issue with your card, you can:
* Pay through contactless transaction, splitting your transaction in two if necessary
* Enable Google Pay, Samsung Pay, or Apple Pay on your mobile phone.

First Data support response time

We have received communication from fiserv, our First Data merchant services partner, that support response times will be impacted as a result of a temporary closure of a call centre due to COVID-19. They have indicated they do not anticipate service interruptions, but that members can anticipate longer than normal wait times for support by phone and email. Thank you for your patience.
